Subprocessors

These are the third-party services that may handle information on our behalf, what we use each one for, and what information it may hold. We don't use any of them to store your employees' records.

• Framer: hosts this website and receives the message form. Holds what you send through the form.

• Google Workspace: email, documents, file storage and sign-in. Holds correspondence and engagement documents.

• Slack: our team's internal chat. Holds discussion about engagements.

• Zoom: video calls. Holds meeting details and any recordings you agree to.

• Cal.com: scheduling. Holds your name, email address and meeting time.

• 1Password: password management. Holds the sign-in details for accounts you create for us.

• Xero: invoicing and accounting. Holds billing contacts and invoices.

• Mercury: banking. Holds payment details for invoices you pay.

If we add or replace a service that handles client information, we'll update this list and the date at the top.
